On the seventh of December, 2025, a directive was filed in the council hall under the heading STEWARD NOMINATION PHASE II. It called on named ranks to nominate members who had shown consistency, initiative, and alignment.
THE RECORD
The nominations came as written commendations. Members put each other forward, each with a stated case: empathy shown to those who spoke about their struggles, constant curiosity and care for their fellows, daily presence and the setting of boundaries. The hall has carried the territory's governance since.
