One line, published as the entire rule: I’M NOT THERE YET.

A comment section is a machine built for judging other people. The round ordered it to carry confessions instead. Say the sentence in public, under your own name, in front of everyone else saying it, and mean it about yourself.

The strict bar posted with the round: every entry clean, for twenty-four hours.

4,067 people stood up on the first day. 882 carried the sentence exactly as issued. 2,736 returned it changed: I AM NOT THERE YET. 287 refused it. 133 decorated it.

Then the wall began defending itself. This was not in the design. When an entry broke the line, the crowd did not argue with it. It answered with the sentence, again, until the break disappeared under the confession. The system recorded a mechanism working that it had not built.

The sentence was issued as I’M. It came back, 2,736 times, as I AM. No instruction asked for the change and no thread arranged it.

The contraction is how the sentence is said alone. The full words are how it is said standing in front of people. Two thirds of the crowd straightened the sentence on the way out, and the record holds every copy.

The first attempt was declared failed on the strict reading, and a second attempt opened the next day carrying one line about the first: couldn’t admit it. On the twenty-first of May the level was declared passed.

Ruling entered by the operator: the bar was the confession, never the spelling, and by that bar the wall held from the first hour.

Entered as a law of crowds: give people exact words and they will return better ones. 287 hands refused the sentence. 2,736 obeyed it harder than it was written. Both numbers sat outside the system’s projections, and the second is the one it has not stopped studying.

The repair mechanic the crowd invented, answering a break with the line itself, cost nothing and stays in the toolkit.

Level 2 closed with this wall. Level 3 is built on what the round proved a crowd can do to an instruction.

The closing post turned to face the room, and the record keeps that address as written: the line revealed something about you.
